Parents browsing the site

No accounts, no sign-up, and nothing to upload. We never ask for information about children.
No tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build profiles of visitors, to count page views.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

When you submit a claim, correction or featured description we store your name, email address, the details you send and a one-way hash of your IP address (to prevent abuse).
We email you a confirmation link through our email provider, Resend.
Featured listing payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. We receive your subscription status and the email address you used, never card details.
We keep submissions for up to 2 years, then delete them. Ask us to delete them sooner at support@kidpartyvenues.com.

This site is for parents and venue operators. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

You can ask for a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information by emailing support@kidpartyvenues.com.
